Evaluations:

"Your Say" are happy to work with commissioners or provider agencies to explore and evaluate the services provided to people of all ages with a learning disability.

The "Your Say" team are now skilled and using a range of techniques, which include direct observations and interviews to obtain data which can be used to produce qualitative and quantities evidence of service delivery and receipt.

The evaluation process works alongside and with individuals as well as those who deliver services in order to ensure this process keeps people with learning disabilities as its central focus.

Evaluations are commissioned both by those who are seeking evidence of the quality of the service they offer, those looking at service development and those (commissioners) concerned by service provision and seeking clarification.
